 I am a 71 yo retired RN, married, living in California.  I have alot of interests, therefore only have time for a book every 1-2 weeks.  I like womens fiction, but NOT romance novels. I like some male authors, like Alexander McCall Smith, but my favorites are Amy Tan, Isabelle Allende, Margaret Atwood, Alice Walker,..any author that writes fiction pertinent to life situations.  I have traveled extensively, do water color paintings, some gardening, walk and ride my bike ( a 3 wheeler to accomodate my lack of balance.) My specialty in Nursing and in life, is/was Psychiatry.My other great love is digital photography and projects related to photography on the computer.
